Lets just all take a moment and admire it.
I'm not a big whipped cream fan. Its fluffy tasteless sugar. BUT then I saw an amazing photo of cinnamon whipped cream topping a piping cup of hot cocoa and I decided to give it another chance.
But this time, I'm making it my way.
Shhhhhh, don't tell Jerod.
Thankfully I still had the needed two cups left to pour INTO the bowl.
Correction, I didn't whisk it, the kitchenaid did.
But I did put it in the freezer!
Oh, next to the garlic, that makes sense. At least there was this delicious looking bar in there next to the wine opener.
It was delicious and well worth the extra 3 minutes I spent cleaning the cream off the floor.
Maybe it was the tree or the fact I could sip it cozied up on my couch but I think I gave whipped cream a bad rap.
Homemade Cinnamon Whipped Cream has won me over.
