So, true to my word to myself, when Jerod and I got engaged I made a list. I didn't want to go crazy and burn myself out but I also wanted to know on my wedding day that I did what I could to look smoking hot for my husband.
Workout for an hour 4x/week
Do more yoga
Keep working out
Take a multivitamin for hair and nails every night before I go to bed(Haven't missed one since I started 9/1!!)
No fast food till the wedding
No pop- diet or regular till the wedding
Cut back on sweets

Do a month of "no spending" for the month of October. Use what we save towards our wedding. This means no spending except for a huge pile of grocers we each bought before 10/1 and using a tank of gas a week. I have prebudgeted money for a work trip I am taking to Vegas. Other than that we have to get creative with meals, dates and way to spend our time.
We are going for over a month strong with our lists and it feels pretty great. I know that I can do anything for 6 months and when I feel like letting up on a run or downing that pop sitting in the fridge at work, I remind myself about the man I've waited my whole life for and how I want to take his breath away.
