A few fights :)
Hundreds of kisses
18 flights taken together

Hundreds of miles logged on our bikes
104 Sunday mornings spent worshipping the God that brought us together and brings us closer
3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room and 2 bathrooms remodeled

Many nights of him staying up waiting for her to get home safe from work
Half as many mornings of her trying to wake up enough to mutter "have a good day at work"
For example, Jerod is uncomfortable with accolades but practically tackles me when I take the time to sweep and mop. I hate mopping. On the other hand he's discovered my love for details. Meaning, I find no question off limits and love to be pursued in that way. While discussing superpowers last night he didn't take my answer as is and dove into whether or not I would be wearing a cape while flying at 100mph. :)
We learned that the rewards of compromise and serving each other first far out weigh the feeling of proving you're right. Coming into the end of our second year we have found a rhythm to fall into and jump out of when we want to be spontaneous and crazy. Our house is a little cleaner, our evenings a little more relaxed, our faith is stronger and our goofiness even more ridiculous.
March 10th is our day, our celebration, our time to send texts about things we love about each other. Don't get me wrong, I'm super excited to meet our daughter but this family was started with the great love God has given us for each other. And thats how this little family will continue to grow.
HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO US!!!
Ps. On our wedding day 2 years ago it was a beautiful, sunny, 70 degree day in the middle of March.
We KNEW it was God's wedding gift to us.
Today, it is a beautiful, sunny, 50 degree day in the middle of whats been the worst MN winter in years.
